Shipping & returns
Eclections will process & ship your order within 24 hours Tuesday - Saturday. Orders placed after 1 pm (EST) on Saturday through Monday will be processed Tuesday, as we are closed Sunday & Monday. Orders are subject to merchandise availability, we will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information to process your order.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIP on website orders over $100.00 shipped in the United States and U.S. Territories. (*Some Exclusions Apply For Fragile & Heavyweight Items.) Orders under $100, Standard Shipping Rate Apply from USPS or UPS. Priority & Express Mail options are also available.
FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE if you live near Eclections in Fenton, Michigan. For any order amount, local customers may choose the free pick-up option. On the web order checkout page, choose shipping method: "In-Store Pick-Up". At your convenience, your web order will be ready for pick up at Eclections, 495 N. Fenway Dr., Fenton, MI after you receive an auto-email stating your order is "Fulfilled" and ready for pick-up.
$500.00+ VALUE ORDERS: an adult signature will be required at time of delivery. If this is unavailable, the local USPS carrier may give re-delivery options and/or will take your shipment to the local post office for your pick up.

Eclections wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to send the item(s) back to Eclections for a refund/exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return/exchange as long as it meets the following criteria:
1- Merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition with original tags still attached.
2- Mail all packages to Eclections/ Attn: Returns/ 495 N. Fenway Dr. Ste 1, Fenton, MI 48430.
3- Package must be postmarked for return within 14 days of original delivery of merchandise (Holiday gifts purchased after December 1, can be returned until January 7th of the following year).
4- Any returns not postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery will be exchange or store credit only. Sorry, no returns allowed past 30 days of purchase date.
5- We will refund the receipt cost of the item(s) only; we will not refund the shipping fee on your order. All refunds must be made in the form of payment on your order.
6- Using the delivery service of your choice, we suggest you obtain a tracking number and insure your package for the full value of the merchandise being returned. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in shipping.
7- Check your e-mail (including Spam folder). Usually your credit card company, PayPal or Amazon will send notification after processing refunds. Your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account statement.
Online Orders/In Store Pick-Up: Items ordered online and selected to "pick-up" in the store are eligible for a refund 14 days from date of purchase. If the item is not picked within 14 days of purchase, then a store credit would be issued in the event of a return. If the item is not picked within 30 days of purchase, it is final sale.
For your desire exchange of an item, please call our store @ 810-629-2019 or email us: [email protected] to check the availability of your requested exchange item. After you ship the item for an exchange at your expense, we will mail an exchanged item, at our expense, one time per order.
